Cool iPhone Trick for Insurance Agents to Improve Service & Sales

The easier it is for clients and prospects to contact you the better.

Right?

And if all your contact info is stored in their phone that makes it pretty easy.

Also right?

What’s NOT easy is getting a client or prospect to type your information into their address book.

Last night I found a cool feature on my iPhone that can make it dead-simple for insurance agents to get into their client’s cell phones.

It’s not top-secret and you might already know your phone can do this.

But I think this iPhone capability can be incredibly powerful if used right for insurance agents so I wanted to share it with you.

How To Use Call Tracking Numbers for Insurance Advertising

I cringe when agents tell me about spending thousands of dollars on advertising that doesn’t generate leads.

And I’d be rich if I got a quarter every time an agent asked me: “Can you believe I spent (large number of) dollars and NOT ONE PHONE CALL?”

I’d bet all those quarters that you’ve said that yourself once or twice…

So how can you really know which advertising methods generate the most phone calls?

Of course you should ask new leads how they found you, but tracking and measuring to determine true ROI with that method is easier said than done.

The answer is cheap, easy, and accurate: use call tracking numbers.

For me it was just last week.

Last Wednesday I found out a service I used on one of my websites (not this site) had been sending my visitors to a different website against their will.

I felt angry. I felt betrayed. I felt dumb.

I also felt poor because the lost traffic over several months cost me a lot of money!
