A website visitor’s first impression can keep them on the site longer, determine whether they actually contact you, and it effects the entire business relationship forever! And I promise the first impression DOESN’T come from that mission statement you wrote about your “commitment to excellence”. When people visit your website for the first time they form a conscious and subconscious impression about what it’s like to do business with you.
